National Promotion Criteria
Something all cadets strive for is advancement in rank. But a lot of
cadets (and parents) don't even know that National Promotion criteria exist,
and that these must be complied with. So here are the national promotion
criteria for all of the cadet ranks, from the LAC to the WO1. It should
be noted that local standards (such as participation in optional training
or fundraising activities, abilities and potential) can be established
by the Commanding Officer and his staff, but that they only add to the
national criteria, they do not replace them.
